Accounts with zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

Jilli168 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-native payment methods:

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals from Jilli168 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Jilli168 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts, different names, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet) may take up to one business day.
• Jilli168 does not impose withdrawal fees. Bank or e-wallet processing fees charged by your provider are not covered by Jilli168.

• VIP points and tier status are non-transferable between accounts.
